This tour is for anyone that wants to discover California’s Crown Jewel, Coronado Island. Explore Coronado’s pristine beaches, the famous Hotel del Coronado, the Ferry Landing, shops, and much more. As you enjoy the drive, it takes you to all the best sites, recommends restaurants, cracks jokes, and tells the stories that bring a destination to life.
Start in Downtown San Diego before boarding the ferry to take you over to Coronado Island. See the visually stunning Coronado Bay Bridge and the San Diego Harbor as you make your way across by ferry.
Make your way through Downtown Coronado where you’ll hear all about Coronado Island’s rich history. Drive along the beaches and pass by the Naval Air Station on North Island. Don’t miss out on one of our most unique tours!
Conditions
1 Scooter will hold a maximum of 1 person. Prices are per person.
Must be 15 years or older to rent riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Must possess a major credit card and valid government-issued picture ID (international license is not necessary, international passport accepted). Scooters do not accommodate passengers of any kind.
On the day of rental, a security deposit will be held on your credit card until the Scooter is returned. All riders must sign a standard participant agreement. Renters will have the option to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental.
Renters are free to extend the length of their tour on the day of rental. Additional rental time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
Scooters must be returned to the rental location before dusk.

Reservations are fully refundable with a 7-day notice prior to departure. If cancellation occurs between 2 – 6 days, a charge of 50% applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours. Of course, if we cancel a tour due to weather or for other reasons, we will either issue a rain-check or all payments will be refunded.

WEATHER POLICY: San Diego enjoys some sun 360 days per year and only 8.24″ of rain per year. Luckily, most of the rain and high winds are readily predictable. When we expect poor conditions we cancel the trip and refund or reschedule. On average 3 days, a year are canceled in this manner. Occasionally a trip will be affected by unexpected clouds or inclement weather. We assume no responsibility for nor do we have any control of the weather in the area. We endeavor to be well studied and to make well-informed go/no-go decisions but no refunds will be given should the resulting conditions become unfavorable.
