About:
Imagine going to Provence without leaving the country: sun-kissed vines, olive trees, golden hills, and you cycling along the newly paved, quiet back roads to family-owned wineries, one mile at a time… When you join us on this tour, you experience just that!
Come savor the wines of the Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys on arguably the best bicycling day trip anywhere in the country. Enjoy a fantastic, quiet road where every turn brings a picture postcard view. Come cycle with us Getaway Style. No one matches our routes, bikes, and most importantly, our guides. Discover the beauty and tranquility of these fabled wine regions. Our award-winning guides take you to all the best places, prepare a tasty picnic spread, and take you into the vineyards for our “Grapes 101.”
We travel 10 to 12 miles, visit two to three wineries, and have our picnic lunch at one of our favorites. Suitable for all abilities.
Some of the great wineries we might visit include Pasterick, Longboard, Quivira, Martorana, Bella, Preston, Truett Hurst, Amista, Papa Pietro Perry, Kokomo, Dry Creek, and many others.

Beautiful! It normally does not rain from the beginning of May to the end of October or November. The mornings can be foggy, but not cold. Our summer highs vary from the 70′s – 90′s and we have low humidity. We do go on tour rain or shine because we always expect it to be sunny!
Are there wine tasting fees and how much do they cost?
Wine tasting fees vary from $15 to $45 per person per winery. In most cases you can share a taste (one glass) with another member of your group and many wineries will reimburse your tasting fee if you make an additional purchase or join the wine club.
