Tours meet at DOWNTOWN Santa Barbara. Meeting locations vary. Your confirmation email will include the exact meeting address and parking information, once you’ve booked your tour.

If you have trouble walking or health issues, please consider a private tour experience to meet your comfort level (we may start offering tours to guests who are slower walkers, so please feel free to call, email, text if you are interested!)

How long is the tour?
Regular daytime running tours are usually 3.5-4 hours. It depends on the size of the group and the pace of the group. Occasionally smaller tours will end earlier.

What do I wear and what if the weather is awful?
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Evan wears wedges on some of her tours because she is crazy and it keeps her going at a nice slow pace, don’t be like her, be comfortable. Rain Schmain – we will still carry on, just with cute rain boots, umbrellas, and ponchos. Please bring your own. Seriously though, tours will run rain or shine. We are in Santa Barbara, awful weather is simply a matter of opinion. We ask that you check the weather forecast and dress accordingly if inclement weather is predicted.

What if I roll in a wheelchair or stroller?
Both wheelchairs and strollers can be accommodated; it might not be the easiest with wheelchairs, it is certainly doable (and has been done!) and we can make it happen. Please let us know beforehand if someone is in a wheelchair or you have a stroller

Due to COVID-19 if you are not feeling well or have been around someone who does not feel well or has tested positive, please do not come, let us know and we will figure out rebooking you. Customers who cancel will not be entitled to a refund. NO REFUNDS.
