We do reserve the right to cancel a departure at any time due to vessel or passenger safety concerns, inclement weather conditions, or under subscription.
We will do our best to notify passengers as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation by phone numbers and emails provided by the customer at the time of making a reservation.
Weather conditions are very dynamic and can change rapidly giving little time to notify customers of a cancellation. We strive to give every opportunity to send a trip out in conditions that are manageable and safe, which can mean that we decide on weather conditions very close to departure time.
Typically we need 10 or more passengers reserved in advance to send out a trip. In the event of an under subscription, we will reschedule or refund passengers so that they can choose to come another day and time. We will give every opportunity to recruit enough passengers to send a trip out, but we may decide very close to departure time to cancel due to under subscription.
